Realizing that Stahl (Warren Kole) will stop at nothing to arrest Julia Ayres (guest star Anna Gunn), Harlee (Jennifer Lopez) decides to investigate on her own and determine whether there’s any truth in his allegations of Ayers’ active business with the mob.
